It is
always difficult to do the baking of the gluten free backed goods as it is so different from the normal cooking. Similarly
it is also difficult to get use to the taste which is also so much different
than the usual baked items. Specially the breads and pizza which is something
we use for daily purpose becomes difficult. But then we kind fight with the
nature and we slowly develop the taste for these gluten free goodies. For
making the flour sticky you have to work with so many different items so that
the item doesn’t fall apart after baking and sticks together.
